My business has grown very organically. It all started when I went back to work in lockdown following my third maternity leave. I was looking for something to give me joy in my life. I created my Instagram page purely for myself, to take a picture each day of something that made me smile. Not just mum or wife smiles but smiles just for me! Gradually, it grew into a small business (still working part-time) after qualifying as a Reiki Healing Master and Crystal Energy Guide. I now have a beautiful Etsy shop selling Crystal Candles that I create with my mum and crystals and crystal bundles I put together based on my own needs and experiences. Channelling Distance Reiki is my ultimate passion and I love all the intuitive messages I get, just knowing how much someones energy levels are raised following a session gives me great soul satisfaction. My aim is to be that beacon of light we all need at some point in our lives, especially for women with young children. I hope to leave people empowered to continue their own healing journey and life filled with love & joy!

What is Pranic Healing? Pranic Healing is a form of alternative medicine that utilises prana, or "life energy," to promote healing in the body.The body has the ability to heal itself, and that the flow of prana through the body can be used to enhance this natural healing process.

 The main technique used in Pranic Healing is the transfer of energy from the pranic therapist to the patient, through a process known as "energy sweeping." The patient's aura and energy body is scanned, to identify areas that may be congested or depleted (blockages), and then these areas are cleansed and energised. Pranic Healing is based on the belief that most physical and emotional illnesses are caused by the depletion or congestion of the body's energy, and that by clearing these blockages and increasing the flow of energy through the body, the patient can achieve a greater state of balance and well-being.

Pranic Healing treatment is a non-touch therapy and can be done distantly or face to face, for both adults and children. Sandeep is a mother of two, a clinical pharmacist and now the author and creator of a mindfulness diary for primary school children.

This diary was created with a dream and passion to make a proactive change towards the way in which we support the mental health and wellbeing of our young children. This diary allows children, with the support of their parents to become more open about their feelings and emotions as well as providing mindfulness techniques and activities to promote mental health and wellbeing for the whole family.

 Currently 'a young person is referred to the NHS for mental health support every 30 seconds. 1 in 6 children are identified as having mental health concerns.' NHS services are saturated with thousands of young people stuck on waiting lists struggling to cope & hitting crisis point before they get help.

Through my own lived experiences and my work within General Practice I fear that this will progressively get worse if we do not make a change. This harsh reality is the reason why I feel so passionately about making a change, making a change for our younger, future generation in hope that they feel free, safe and confident to speak about their feelings & emotions. But also that they grow to become confident and resilient adults for the future.

 My diary is so much more than just a diary, my diary holds hope that our children, the younger generation will feel more emotionally and mentally equipped to handle the highs and lows of life. But also that parents themselves will learn to adopt practices which improve their mental health and wellbeing too. All in all supporting the family as a whole.

 Proceeds from the sale of each diary will go to children's mental health charities such a young mind to support the current crisis. I hope you and your precious children will enjoy my diary.
